Sarah:
Sarah Lettre has been riding horses all of her life. She started
showing Saddleseat when she was 3 years old on the local circuit and 4-H
in Maine. Sarah participated at the Big E, in the 4-H
division, for three years. Two of those years Sarah showed her first
beloved American Saddlebred, Society's Golden Glory. As a teen, Sarah
began showing Saddlebreds on the New England and National Circuit and
claimed several titles, highlighted by her "catch ride win" in the AHSA
Medal Class at the 1987 World's Championship Horse Show in Louisville,
KY aboard the infamous, Burningtree's Starcrost. Another proud victory
pass was the win at the Big E in the 1988 New England Medals Finals
showing her own Saddlebred, The Kentucky Fox.
The next chapter of Sarah's life took her to Fulton, Missouri where
she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Equestrian Science at William Woods
University. Immediately following graduation, Sarah went back to her
roots in Maine and started Wright Way Stables in 1993. Jon Lettre
entered the picture shortly thereafter, and together they run this
training facility and have built it into a great family business.
