Trainers:

Sarah (wright) & Jon Lettre -

Sarah Lettre has been riding horses all of her life.  She started showing Saddleseat when she was 3 years old on the local circuit and 4-H in Maine.  Sarah participated at the Big E, in the 4-H division, for three years.  Two  of those years Sarah showed her first beloved American Saddlebred, Society's Golden Glory.  As a teen, Sarah began showing Saddlebreds on the New England and National Circuit and claimed several titles, highlighted by her "catch ride win" in the AHSA Medal Class at the 1987 World's Championship Horse Show in Louisville, KY aboard the infamous, Burningtree's Starcrost. Another proud victory pass was the  win at the Big E in the 1988 New England Medals Finals showing her own Saddlebred, The Kentucky Fox.

The next chapter of Sarah's life took her to Fulton, Missouri where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Equestrian Science at William Woods University.  Immediately following graduation, Sarah went back to her roots in Maine and started Wright Way Stables in 1993.  Jon Lettre entered the picture shortly thereafter, and since 1994 Jon and Sarah have trained and instructed students at many levels.

Together they have successfully put riders into the ring all over the state of Maine and New England each year.  They have also entered students at the World's Championships in Louisville, KY, the American Royal in Kansas City, MO, Lexington Jr.League in Lexington, KY, The Pleasure Finals in Indianapolis, Indiana and Bonnie Blue in Lexington, VA.  All of the Wright Way Stables students had an experience of a lifetime showing at these top rated shows in the country.  With some great rides, ribbons, and even some victory passes, Jon and Sarah enjoyed these moments too, and look forward to many more!

Along with getting the Wright Way Teams of horse and rider ready for the show ring, both Jon and Sarah hit the in gate at several shows also.Jon has shown many horses in hand, and is usually at the reins in the driving divisions for Wright Way.  Sarah has recently gotten back in the show ring under saddle, after a slight break from showing, due to extending the family with three great kids!

Jon and Sarah Lettre, along with their three children, Lexi, Carly and Jonny Jr., are always in their stable, working together and playing together!  They are proud to own a family business and operate it with great family values.  Come ride the Wright Way!
